Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science
  • Experience with ALD, CVD, Epitaxy, PECVD
  • Materials characterization techniques XPS SIMS TEM
  • Design of Experiments DOE and Response Surface Methodology
  • Troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of CFD computational fluid dynamics
  • Electrical characterization techniques for CMOS devices
  • Experience writing technical papers and IP creation
  • Understanding of FEOL and BEOL process flows
  • Ability to communicate advanced technical constructs
