Job Summary

  • As a Support Worker, you help create a calm, respectful space where residents feel safe, supported and encouraged as they work toward stability and recovery.
  • You’ll manage reception and overnight duties, respond to incidents, support residents with day-to-day needs and help maintain a welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free and $2,650 meal and entertainment benefit.
