Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
  • Responsibilities include leading the team through strategic planning, managing the site continuous improvement plan, providing coaching through hands-on execution, promoting a lean culture by engaging the workforce, managing the Continuous Improvement Team and ensuring alignment on the corporate Manufacturing Excellence strategic initiatives.
