  • The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef as the second in command of the culinary department.
  • Assist with hiring and Training of all kitchen and stewarding staff to include “Serve safe” and any Health department regulations along with any other applicable trainings.
  • Develop Proposals for Potential Clients, to include tastings on larger plated events.
