Lead the global Delivered In Full On Time (DIFOT) program, defining a customer-back parts availability metric that measures services experience from the perspective of Mining customers.
Develop and execute the DIFOT vision and strategy, including integration with key enablers such as PRISM and Rebuild Execution programs.
Drive governance and visibility of DIFOT performance, recognizing DIFOT as a critical input to Physical Availability (PA) and the RISST PA Scorecard.
