The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, experience in learning and development or HR, and proficiency in both Italian and English, complemented by strong digital skills. **

Job Summary

  • You will serve as the main point of reference for core Talent & Learning processes, including the People Development Framework, Individual Development Plans, Performance Evaluation Management, Career Development Framework, Competency Assessment, and Onboarding.
  • You will work closely with Line Managers to design and execute development plans, ensuring alignment between individual growth journeys and organizational objectives.
  • You will manage the training budget for your scope, ensuring compliance with company processes and timelines, and you will oversee the accurate tracking and reporting of training activities through the Learning Management System, using data insights to monitor progress and support informed decision-making.
