Job Summary
This temporary position advocates on behalf of Individual Assistance applicants to ensure survivors receive state, federal, and non-governmental resources for housing and property loss.
Employees must be prepared to deploy to disaster areas for extended periods, including overnight travel, twelve-hour shifts, and weekend or holiday duty.
The role requires resolving unresolved issues between survivors and FEMA while working with minimal supervision in an open area environment at the FEMA Joint Field Office.
