  • The VP will partner closely with Corporate Strategy and business unit leaders to drive high-impact pivots across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Base: $257,500 - $451,700 annually; In select SF/NYC areas: $310,200 - $496,400 annually; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401(k) and stock purchase program

Must-have

  • 12+ years strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience
  • Deep domain expertise in enterprise software and AI/ML
  • Proven track record leading M&A evaluations and TAM analysis
  • Exceptional financial modeling and market sizing capabilities
  • Ability to influence executive decision-making in matrixed organizations

Nice-to-have

  • Prior experience at major enterprise technology company
  • Familiarity with Salesforce product portfolio including Agentforce
  • MBA from top-tier institution
  • Experience evaluating agentic AI or LLM companies
  • Collaborative low-ego mindset oriented toward outcomes

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or venture/growth strategy roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading M&A evaluations, TAM analysis, and competitive positioning at a senior level
  • Track record of influencing executive decision-making in a matrixed, fast-moving organization
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier institution (Preferred)
