Job Summary

  • This role leads the transformation of software development practices to accelerate innovation and deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and customers within GE HealthCare's Heartbeat system.
  • The incumbent will define and deploy a medtech-adapted DORA metric stack and operationalize a process-agile Quality Management System guided by AAMI TIR45 for SaMD and SiMD.
  • The first 12 months are dedicated 100% to IronMan Integration activities before extending outcomes to sustained enterprise adoption through change management and governance.
