The incumbent serves as a primary point of contact for stakeholders across the FAA, DOT, and other federal agencies while managing full lifecycle meeting facilitation.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills to handle urgent action items, official document finalization, and complex travel arrangements adhering to federal guidance.
