The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
This position requires leading the annual Hoshin Planning process to identify site breakthrough opportunities and create a transformation plan for world-class operational performance.

Base: $134,000 - $147,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance philosophy; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with match, 80 hours holidays plus PTO
