Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Assistant performs routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, ensuring resident comfort and safety.
  • This position requires maintaining confidentiality of resident health information and reporting any suspected violations promptly.
