The Maintenance Assistant performs routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, ensuring resident comfort and safety.
This position requires maintaining confidentiality of resident health information and reporting any suspected violations promptly.

Must-have
Routine maintenance and repair tasks
Follow maintenance schedules and instructions

Use and service heating and cooling systems
Report equipment malfunctions promptly

Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
