Job Summary
As Grid System Integration (GSI) NAM Project Close-out Manager, you are responsible to implement & maintain Close-out (COT) and Warranty operational processes & tools and manage all close-out activities for major projects.
The mission contributes to customer satisfaction, safe operations, on time project closure, strong warranty budget control, profitability, and optimized cash flow for the company.
The role includes promoting EHS behaviors, supporting quality procedures, performing root cause analyses, and fostering a LEAN culture with standardized work approaches.
