The role is responsible for providing case support, patient management, and education to both new and existing accounts within an assigned client Franchise/Region.
Candidates must demonstrate significant experience with ventricular medical devices, having supported a minimum of 10 cases or patients.
The position requires availability for at least two days of live field support per month, including one weekend day.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ventricular medical device case support
Clinical background in CICU or CVICU
Minimum 10 cases supported experience
Availability for weekend and night shifts
Live field support minimum 2 days monthly
Nice-to-have
Perfusionist or cardiovascular specialist background
Prior industry experience preferred
Collaboration with Clinical Support Center
Continual learning and education commitment
Key Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Provider license
3+ years experience in Cardiac ICU, CVICU, CVOR, or Cath Lab
Minimum 10 cases/patients supported with ventricular devices
