  • The Sr Value Stream Manager is responsible for every aspect of the manufacturing area - from hiring, training, developing, and managing the people, developing and executing a production plan, implementing and improving the processes, to maximizing results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs – including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost).
  • Integrate cross-functional resources to modernize facilities, equipment, and material flow to enhance capacity, efficiency, and profitability and Engage with the leadership of other functions to formulate plans and strategies for enhancing the safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity (SQDIP) performance of the designated Value Stream.

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Lean manufacturing Kaizen facilitation
  • MS Office & ERP Systems proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills
