Job Summary
This role goes beyond traditional requirements analysis and is accountable for measurable performance, cost, and quality outcomes.
Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives using DMAIC, solve complex operational problems across teams and programs, and ensure improvements are sustained through controls and governance.
Build dashboards and control plans using Power BI / Tableau, track long-term KPI sustainability post-implementation, and act as a trusted advisor to Ops, QA Metrics & Sustainability.
