Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • 4 years combined work experience in supply chain
  • Experience with MRP and material planning
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerBI
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Nice-to-have

  • APICS certification or willingness to pursue
  • Experience in Demand Planning and Production Planning
  • Background in private, public, government or military sectors
  • Knowledge of value stream speed and efficiency projects
  • Experience with new product introductions and phase out activities

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree verified prior to start
  • Four (4) years of combined work experience
  • Six (6) years of planning experience preferred
