Job Summary

  • The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable the Group’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
  • You will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism; and in accordance with best practice and SpeakUP’s processes.
  • We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills
