Job Summary

  • As member of the Global Talent team, the Talent Project Manager works at the intersection of talent management, talent acquisition and technology, translating strategy into scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • In this role, you will strengthen leadership pipelines, elevate the employee and candidate experience, helping to embed a culture of continuous development and performance while ensuring our talent practices remain inclusive, future‑ready and aligned with Chanel’s values.

  • Minimum 7 years' professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years' international project management
  • Experience in talent management, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Experience leading talent management initiatives
  • Strong experience with HR systems and TA technology platforms
  • Proven ability to interpret talent data
  • Strong change management and influential leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement abilities
