As member of the Global Talent team, the Talent Project Manager works at the intersection of talent management, talent acquisition and technology, translating strategy into scalable, sustainable solutions.
In this role, you will strengthen leadership pipelines, elevate the employee and candidate experience, helping to embed a culture of continuous development and performance while ensuring our talent practices remain inclusive, future‑ready and aligned with Chanel’s values.

Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years' professional experience
Minimum 5 years' international project management
Experience in talent management, talent acquisition, or HR

Strong experience with HR systems and TA technology platforms
Proven ability to interpret talent data
Strong change management and influential leadership skills
Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement abilities
