Working Hour Mondays to Fridays: 8 am to 5 pm Key Responsibilities 1. Campus Supervision & Prevention Conduct systematic patrols during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions. Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas (canteen, indoor sports hall). Support peer reconciliation and proactive discipline strategies. 2. Latecomer Management Record latecomers and collect mobile phones after 8am (Tue–Fri) / 9am (Mon). Maintain latecomer data and detention lists. 3. In-House Suspension Support Provide a structured environment for suspended students to ensure learning continuity. Guide students through reflective activities and support reintegration into classes. 4. Investigative & Case Support Assist in preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews. Obtain witness statements, compile evidence, and prepare incident reports. 5. Detention & Restorative Follow-Up Supervise detention sessions with behavioural and attendance records. Facilitate reflection on choices, consequences, and improvement strategies. Coordinate restorative activities with the Student Management Committee. 6. Data Management Collate discipline-related data (latecoming, statements, etc.). 7. Reporting & Deployment Operationally report to the Student Management Committee. Schedule follows school term timetable and events. Qualifications & Experience Background: Prior uniformed service (e.g., Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, or equivalent) – preferably 10+ years of experience. Youth work exposure: Involvement in case investigation, behavioural support, and restorative work. Conflict management & de-escalation – calm, proportionate intervention Sound judgement, discretion & professionalism Strong communication & interpersonal skills Accurate incident documentation & record keeping Basic Excel / data entry proficiency Firm yet respectful – able to build rapport while upholding expectations Upholds confidentiality & procedural fairness Care-based, restorative mindse
