Salary
Base: $159,800 - $239,800 CAD annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described as available

10+ years data engineering experience
7+ years managing engineering teams
AWS Snowflake Databricks expertise
MLOps/AI Engineering Operations leadership
Enterprise ETL/ELT pipeline design
Nice-to-have
PhD in Computer Science or related field
Experience with MLflow Kubeflow Sagemaker
Strong strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders
