Job Summary
Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician, ensuring customer needs are understood and service recommendations are clear.
Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer payment, including deductibles, and prepare repair orders obtaining approval signatures.
