Job Summary

  • The DBSL Growth is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Cytiva China allowing those sites to meet their Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
  • This position will direct report to Platform DBSL, Cytiva and assist regional Opco leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap in growth processes (sales, marketing, and innovation).
  • The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build DBS culture and scale DBS competency to Danaher Opcos.
