• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a lean and highly efficient team
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with the Federal acquisition environment
• Experience supporting capture in one or more agencies
• Working knowledge of pricing basics and competitive positioning
• Experience developing and executing teaming strategy
