Must-have

  • Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) process development
  • 7+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience
  • Master's degree in Engineering or Physics
  • Experience with AMAT or Ebara CMP platforms
  • Hands-on process tuning and characterization

Nice-to-have

  • Doctorate in related technical field
  • Experience with sub-10nm logic nodes
  • Cross-functional task force leadership
  • GAA architecture development experience

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process development
  • 4+ years of direct CMP process development experience
  • Experience with major CMP equipment platforms like AMAT or Ebara
  • Experience with CMP consumables such as slurries, pads, and conditioning disks
