Job Summary
The Training Supervisor is responsible for ensuring Traffic Agents are trained and assessed as operationally competent to safely exercise delegated authority in the public right-of-way.
This role combines operational supervision, compliance oversight, instructional leadership, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced public-facing environment.
Successful candidates must be able to maintain their Special Constable status throughout their employment and will need to comply with all requirements of the Community Safety & Policing Act, Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Toronto & Toronto Police Services Board, Traffic Agent Code of Conduct, and all City of Toronto policies.
