Job Summary
Responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence across engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and order execution for the Pump, Cyclone, and Valve (PCV) Business Line.
Champion a zero-incident safety culture across all manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations and ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations globally and regionally.
Build and develop high-performing leadership teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations, establishing strong succession planning and capability building programs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field
10+ years of senior leadership experience
Proven experience managing multi-site operations
Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma
Experience in industrial equipment, pumps, or related industries preferred
