Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) Master Agreements and related documentation to support the bank’s global markets business.
This role requires a deep understanding of derivatives, relevant regulatory frameworks, and market practices, along with strong negotiation and communication skills.
You will provide advice and assistance to GMD, reporting directly into the Head of Global Markets Documentation in Sydney and indirectly to Head of Legal, UK in London.

Key Requirements
Qualified Lawyers
Minimum of 7 years’ global markets documentation experience
Excellent knowledge of ISDA Master Agreement and CSAs
Strong knowledge of Variation Margin and Initial Margin
