Key Requirements
Minimum of one year of previous banquet supervisory or management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prepare and analyze data
Microsoft Office products proficiency
Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
