You will partner closely with the People & Experience leadership team, including direct support to the Chief People Officer, delivering accurate and timely workforce and remuneration insights.
The role involves owning the administration and optimisation of key people systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and delivering enterprise workforce, remuneration and diversity reporting.
