Job Summary
To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Transport Services to CLIENT in support of their business needs & in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators.
Major Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles for safety, reporting customer requests and complaints, suggesting innovations to improve efficiency, liaising with the regional transport office, and ensuring all statutory compliances are adhered to.
The role also involves ensuring the hygiene of vehicle interiors, the safety of the customer during transit, vendor management, planning schedules and routes with accuracy, and ensuring all invoices are completed and approved by the client.
