This role will be an integral part of the Group People Services team, responsible for ensuring an excellent level of services and driving excellence through close management of KPIs and SLAs.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of HR Operations members, processing Workday transactions, managing escalations, and ensuring agreed KPIs and metrics are achieved.
