  • Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) experience
  • Records Management Systems (RMS) knowledge
  • Microsoft Windows Server administration
  • Microsoft SQL Server and ODBC proficiency
  • Root cause analysis and problem resolution
  • Onsite presence in Leesburg, VA required

  • HP enterprise hardware deployment experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • SCOM Ops Manager experience

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of IT or Public Safety experience
  • Must pass stringent fingerprint background check
  • Experience with Microsoft MCSA/MCSE skills
  • Proven track record deploying enterprise solutions
