Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1 year relevant infrastructure experience
Windows client and server OS management
Active Directory implementation and management
Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop knowledge
Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration
ITIL service management principles
Nice-to-have
Information Security awareness and controls
System design and specification creation
Proactive problem solving and ownership
ServiceNow and Jira tool usage
Configuration Manager and App-V experience
Cyber security principles in regulated environment
