The Division Head will provide strategic and technical leadership, build and lead high performing teams, and manage division operations including strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and proposal development.
The position requires demonstrated leadership in technical program and personnel management, experience as a Principal Investigator or technical lead, and strong executive presence with polished communication skills.
