Job Summary
The Restructuring Group's core responsibility is to manage fiduciary risk in relation to post-closure bond and loan matters such as restructures, loan and security releases, amendments, and waiver requests from the trustee’s viewpoint.
This role will offer the opportunity to be part of Issuer Services which is a billion-dollar business within Securities Services.
