Job Summary

  • The Restructuring Group's core responsibility is to manage fiduciary risk in relation to post-closure bond and loan matters such as restructures, loan and security releases, amendments, and waiver requests from the trustee’s viewpoint.
  • This role will offer the opportunity to be part of Issuer Services which is a billion-dollar business within Securities Services.
