Job Summary

  • Put the consumer at the heart of all strategy and execution by identifying real consumer problems and solving them using insightful innovations and impactful communications to drive brand growth.
  • Lead the cross-functional project team including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Consumer & Market Insights to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of product launches.
  • Track post-launch evaluation, consumer feedback, e-commerce ratings and reviews, and business case achievement to understand launch performance.
