Key Requirements

  • 5-7 years contract administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
  • Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
  • Experience with commercial models (GMP, lump sum, remeasurement)
  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB) preferred
