Key Requirements
5-7 years contract administration experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
Knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
Experience with commercial models (GMP, lump sum, remeasurement)
