Job Summary

  • The role of our Leaves Administrators is to process, analyze and manage requests for leaves and accommodation based on employee eligibility and entitlement, applicable legislation, and client specific policies.
  • The Leaves Administrator assesses any barriers to a successful and timely return to work, engages stakeholders to implement strategies to address any identified barriers and supports the return-to-work process.
