The incumbent supports the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of social work standards, best practices, quality improvement initiatives, policies, programs, and procedures across Long Term Care Homes and Retirement Communities.

Key Requirements
Registered Social Worker (RSW) registration
5 years of progressive experience in geriatric social work
Expertise in program development
Expertise in quality improvement concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
Proficiency in data literacy
Ability to undertake frequent travel within assigned provinces (approximately 80% field based)
