The role involves performing skilled technical work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical systems at a premier multi-venue facility.
Candidates must possess basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills while effectively operating and repairing HVAC equipment and domestic water systems.
The position requires working extended and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support events at NRG Park in Houston, Texas.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical
EPA Type I, II, or III Certification required
Ability to lift 75lbs and stand 8-10 hours
Available for on-call, nights, weekends, holidays
Basic troubleshooting of mechanical systems
Nice-to-have
Apprentice Electricians License preferred
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Experience with Genie Lift or Forklift
Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems
Previous event venue maintenance experience
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
EPA Type I, II, or III Certification mandatory
Two years' experience in building mechanical systems
