Base: $77,200 - $106,200 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual incentive bonus; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), time off

Key Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current state license as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 2 years RN experience
Traditional home health experience required
OASIS experience required
