Job Summary

• The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Care is delivered in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) or Nurse Supervisor to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
