The successful candidate will lead a high-performing global team while serving as the primary contact for internal and external audit engagements.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years Identity Access Management experience
7+ years leadership in IGA management
SailPoint IIQ and ISC architecture expertise
Global multiplatform IGA environment integration
Access certifications and RBAC implementation
Nice-to-have
Experience with Ping Identity or CyberArk
Knowledge of Azure AD and Microsoft Entra ID
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and cloud platforms
Strong stakeholder collaboration across legal and audit
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent cybersecurity certification preferred
SailPoint or equivalent IGA platform certification preferred
US work authorization required (implied by US location and no relocation)
