Key Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
  • 5+ years of related manufacturing/operations experience
  • 2+ years in Lean Manufacturing principles or TPS
  • Experience leading/facilitating Kaizen events
  • Proven application of CI tools (80/20, VSM, 6S, etc.)
  • Green-Belt and/or Project Management Certifications
