Job Summary

  • This role is an important member of the facilities team responsible for managing some of the most efficient and cost-effective data center facilities in the industry.
  • The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repair on critical systems including UPSs, PDUs, Diesel Generators, ATS equipment, and Building Controls.
  • Candidates must be willing to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, late nights, holidays, and provide on-call support.

Salary

Base: $47.00 - $57.00 per hour; Bonus: Plus bonus; Shift Differential: Available for graveyard or swing shifts

Must-have

  • Hands-on industrial electrical experience
  • UPS, PDU, Diesel Generator maintenance
  • ATS equipment and Building Controls
  • MV/LV switchgear and electrical distribution
  • HVAC and air handling unit repair
  • Blueprint reading and single line schematics
  • MOPs/SOPs/EOPs creation and coordination

Nice-to-have

  • Strong emphasis on technical skills training
  • Desire to delight customers with superior service
  • Ability to work in high stress fast paced environment
  • Willingness to obtain license within reasonable time
  • Experience coordinating maintenance vendors

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience (5+ preferred)
  • Experience with emergency generators and fuel delivery systems
  • Knowledge of parallel switchgear and building monitoring systems
  • Technical writing skills for MOPs/SOPs/EOPs
  • Reliable transportation for shift reporting and emergencies
  • Successful completion of background check
