Job Summary

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of written policies, quality assurance programs, and nursing care plans to ensure high standards of resident care.
• Provide supervision to nursing staff, perform nursing assessments, and ensure compliance with nursing standards while maintaining confidentiality of resident information.
