Job Summary
This position reports to the Catering Manager with responsibilities to include supervising and coordinating activities of banquet servers during banquets to ensure that food is served promptly.
Responsibilities include consulting with the Food Services Manager regarding serving arrangements, observing food being served for quality, and ensuring all working areas and the catering pantry maintain proper organizational standards and cleanliness.
The role requires excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and undertake multiple tasks.
