SOQ International Academy, established in 2013, is a SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)-registered training provider offering accredited WSQ and Diploma programmes in Beauty, Wellness, Business, and Digital Marketing. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in building brand awareness and generating quality leads. This role involves planning and executing campaigns across digital and offline channels, managing content and marketing platforms, and analysing performance to optimise results. You will work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and support student enrolment, contributing to SOQ’s mission of preparing individuals for career success. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads and enrolments Manage digital marketing channels (social media, ads, content) Plan and run campaigns, promotions, and events Monitor and analyse marketing performance and optimise ROI Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms Support course promotions in line with SSG guidelines RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of marketing experience Strong knowledge in digital marketing and content creation Data-driven with ability to analyse and optimise campaigns Good communication and project management skills Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
