  • As internal efficiencies improve, the role will pivot toward high-level supervision, staff mentorship, and the expansion of the HRPP’s foundational infrastructure, spearheading the development of all HRPP SOPs and policies to drive AAHRPP accreditation readiness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years IRB administration experience
  • Expert knowledge of federal regulations
  • Master's degree or higher preferred
  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or CIM preferred
  • 2+ years lead role experience preferred
